Hyacinth

The overall composition for sculpture Hyacinth creates an interesting interplay between the solid, flat circles and the negative space between them, while the contrasting blue spheres add subtle accent points to the predominantly orange color scheme. The way the discs are positioned gives the sculpture a sense of twisting motion, almost like a DNA helix or a stylized representation of falling leaves caught in an upward spiral. The sculpture has a strong presence with its bold use of color and geometric forms, demonstrating principles of balance and repetition in its design.
