As a buyer or the item(s) listed above, you hereby agree and bound by the following: VK Sculptures, may not be liable for any damages, accidents, incidents, injury, loss, claims, or even death that may arise from direct or indirect use and display of its product(s). As a buyer, you hereby agree and take full responsibility for use, display, care, maintenance, protection, damages and liability(ies) that may arise from the sculpture/art described above. You further agree to hold VK Sculptures and it's owner, assigns, agents, representatives, employees, contractors, installers, artists and designers harmless and free of any damages or claim(s) that may arise from the artwork and/or products designed, produced, manufactured and/or even installed by VK Sculptures. By taking possession of the item(s) listed above and after their initial inspection and installation, you hereby agree and confirm that the sculptures, art, and products manufactured and produced by VK Sculptures may carry an inherent risk(s) associated them due to their weight, shape, form, materials, edges. and curves and in no instances and/or circumstances VK Sculptures will or can be held liable for such risk(s) or damage(s) that may have been caused by its product(s) or item(s). VK Sculptures reserves any and all of its rights and protections as provided for by applicable International Law(s), Statutes of the United States and the State of New Jersey including but not limited to its artistic and intellectual property(ies), proprietary techniques, methods and manufacturing as well as protection of its design(s) including duplication and copyright infringement(s). Under no circumstances the product, sculpture or artwork designed, manufactured and produced by VK Sculptures can be duplicated, copied or reproduced in part or in its entirety! VK Sculptures will pursue any and all copyright infringements to the fullest extent of the law.
